Over two decades, he has developed a unique approach combining strategic depth with expert facilitation, helping leadership teams achieve breakthrough clarity on their most important decisions.

His work spans climate technology, sustainable finance, and business transformation. Founded in 2005 with Mobium Group, and continuing through POSSIBLE Strategy, Andrew's practice focuses on helping ambitious leaders build businesses that shape the future.

Andrew holds degrees in economics, science and modern languages from the University of Melbourne, where he was invited to deliver the Faculty of Economics and Business' Occasional Address.
